We have exciting news! Executive Medical is enhancing your patient experience by introducing the Symplast Software Platform to our practice. Symplast is a modern, practice management software system that changes how practices care for you – our patients.
Moving forward, you will now have access to the Symplast Patient Application (App) on your phone, and other features on the devices within our office. Below are just a few of the benefits this new App offers:
· View your upcoming and past appointments on the Patient App,
· Receive and complete your patient intake forms, easily from your phone or through a secure email link,
· Receive, view, download, and approve estimates, with the ability to sign them from your phone,
· Receive and view invoices, along with any edits, payments, credits, and receipts in the Patient App,
· Communicate securely and directly with our office, and specific teams, from within the Patient App,
· Sign consents on an iPad in the office during your visit,
· View any media, before and after photos, and treatment plans, while in the office or from the Patient App,
· Receive access to your Medical Notes, Legal Forms, and other Medical Documents within the Patient App,
· And so much more!
If you have not already done so, , you are more than welcome to contact our practice to request the App invitation. You will need to confirm your mobile number and date of birth, so our team can text you the invitation with activation code (good for 24-hours).
Also, the Symplast Patient App uses your device’s latest technology and operating system, to keep you and your medical information safe. If your phone is not up to date, you may be unable to download and/or access the application, so update prior to requesting your invitation.
