Michael Woo-Ming, MD MPH has been providing quality care to thousands of patients in the North County San Diego area since 1999. A graduate of the Mayo Clinic Family medicine residency, his interest in bridging the gap between allopathic medicine and integrative medicine, has led to the establishment of Executive Medical. He holds a master’s degree in public health at the University of Michigan, and received his Doctor of Medicine degree at Wayne State University.
He oversees the direction of a number of weight loss and wellness clinics in Southern California, and his writings have been featured in Physician’s Practice and Medical Economics. Dr. Woo-Ming has a strong business acumen and is regularly asked to speak on marketing and business topics for other physician entrepreneurs.
Dr. Woo-Ming is educated in providing quality bioidentical hormone treatments as a certified BioTE physician. He also provides quality occupational medicine and Veteran disability evaluation services. Dr. Woo-Ming is a certified NRCME provider, and a member of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians.
He is married, and the father of two young men, one with special needs. His passion for combining modern medical technologies with traditional natural medical approaches, led to the opening of Executive Medical Spa.
Jennifer Spahr, NP was born and raised in North County San Diego, third generation. Jennifer attended California State University San Marcos for both her Bachelor’s and Masters in Nursing, She has over six years of acute care nursing experience and enjoys the transition to an outpatient Nurse practitioner role. She is also a certified BioTE provider.
She is excited to bring her talents to the Executive Medical team and looks forward to being a part of your journey to a happy healthier life through weight loss, hormone therapy, and aesthetics. In her spare time Jennifer enjoys spending time with friends and family, riding and showing horses, reading, and traveling.
Melissa Sullivan, NP, MSN, has been a Registered Nurse for more than 10 years. Her nursing expertise ranges across the lifespan from the neonatal ICU to medical surgical IMCU and hospice. She graduated from the University of San Diego in 2010 with her family nurse practitioner degree and enjoys working in an environment that treats the whole person by integrating traditional and complementary practices as needed. While working on her nurse practitioner degree at USD, Melissa had the opportunity to do an independent study in the orthopedic clinic at the University of California San Diego where she gained experience in chronic conditions such as arthritis and osteoporosis along with sport and accidental injuries.
Upon graduating from USD, Melissa worked as an NP at Vista community clinic, IFSMED, and later, CVS Minute Clinic. It was during this time, she began to build the foundation for her practice in treating chronic conditions like Hypertension, Diabetes and Obesity; as well as autoimmune disease. It was also at this time, she realized there was a lack of public education surrounding these chronic health issues. To further her practice, she began to seek out opportunities where she could support those seeking treatment outside of the western medical model. In doing so, she found Dr. Michael Woo-Ming and his team at Executive Medical who aligns well with her career aspirations as they specialize and support these health care issues. She is a certified BioTE provider.
Daniela Cleary is a is a licensed cosmetologist with over ten years of experience. She will be offering Custom Facials to provide individualized skin treatments for our patients. She has extensive experience in advanced facials and can help answer your skin care questions!
Daniela Martin is an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner. Her goal as an injector and wellness practitioner is to deliver natural beauty enhancements and improve overall wellbeing. She enjoys learning and educating patients about evidence based anti-aging techniques and lifestyle wellness. She is a certified injector and BioTE provider. She has over 4 years of acute care experience as a medical-surgical and telemetry nurse. She obtained her nurse practitioner degree from California State Los Angeles where she graduated with honors. Her two bachelor’s degrees are in Nursing and Public Health. She is fluent in the Spanish language.
Olga Mejorado
Julie Soria FNP-C a graduated from Boston University with her Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology, Saddleback College for her Associates in Nursing, Chamberlain University for her Bachelors in Nursing, followed by California State University Long Beach, where she received her Masters of Science in Nursing. Julie has advanced her Family Nurse Practitioner training through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), the American Academy for Anth-Aging Medicine (A4M) and BioTE. Julie has a strong foundation in conventional medicine with over a decade of experience in Emergency Medicine and many years of primary and urgent care. She has a passion for full body health through weight loss, hormone balancing and aesthetics.
Michele Cowing – Office Manager
Michele has experience in management, planning, and scheduling and has worked for Dr. Mike Woo-Ming for over 8 years. Originally hired part-time, Michele has helped grow Executive Medical from an idea to a successful, thriving medical clinic. Michele and her husband have raised 4 wonderful daughters and her competitive nature can often be seen firsthand on the nearby fields supporting her girls’ San Marcos softball and soccer teams.
